This is a cover of the Joni Mitchell song recorded by Dengue Fever for the 2002 film City of Ghosts. Chhom Nimol sings in Khmer (Cambodian).
I had this cloud video from my phone and thought of pairing it with the song. Since I didn't want to cut the song, the cloud video is reduplicated a few times in reverse with some twinky effects added.
