Botswana 2024

We spent nearly a month in Botswana, starting our trip in Chobe, driving south to the Makgadikgadi Pans area to hang out on salt flats. We then drove up into the Okavango Delta to spot some critters. Botswana had some incredible wildlife and we got to see a lot, not just in the reserves but even driving along some of the main highways. We had some close encounters with elephants and buffalo whilst wild camping. We also had few car issues including a fault in our cooling system that led to sludgy oily coolant, the car still drove fine which was good as we were a couple of hours from the main town of Maun. We got the part fixed and were back to doing game drives in no time.
