Marsh Rd or Sand Ridge Rd - which would be your choice. We will be driving Nth to Savuti ex-Tshaa Camp in mid-Sept 2022. Thanks

Hi WildlifeObsessed, September is before the summer rain so the Marsh road should be dry as a bone. The Sand Ridge road on the other hand will be tough going with the heat and dry weather conditions so the sand will be lose and may be difficult to drive If adventure is *not* your aim, or you would like to get to Savuti area as soon (driving time) as you can, then I would suggest the Marsh Road. Enjoy the trip, that part of the world is phenomenal! Let me know how the trip went!

It was.... interesting. Scary but also awe inspiring to be so close to such a majestic animal. At any moment it could have decided to push the car or charge us.... Thankfully it did not, and we have very nice memories to share
