Its a very gorgeous bag! I have been contemplating to get this bag, but ive seen several photos online on how worn the bag can be, and the quilts will kinda peel and unwear itself. If 1 quilt split open, the bag is ruined.

Yeah it would ruin the bag however so far I only had a positive experience with Bottega Veneta weaving, I have a BV intrecciato wallet of over 17 years old and all weaving is still in tact and not threading out at all. My friends also haven't had such a problem with their BV intrecciato bags. Plus certificate of craft (life time warranty) should help with this problem in case if it ever happens

I’ve just received my bag via the bottega website and can see some imprints of Kiné’s running over the leather and the bag, like the leather has been bent. Can you see this on your bag? Not sure if this is normal, maybe a result of the weaving or a fault? Thanks for the review!

I find the names of their sizing scheme confusing.

I agree with you haha, small size is a bit too big to be called small :) It all comes from the initial sizing, before candy and teen were released there were mini, small, medium and large
