Bottle Art with Seashells and Octopus

Collecting seashells every time I'm on any beach is irresistible to me! So it's lovely to put them to some good use.
Here's another upcycling project, using a discarded bottle, same lace scraps, a bargain bin toy, some tile grout and the seashells.
