You also get bottle caps from the deviants and elder dragon hunts in the coop quest in the chest same as the expedition 5 or 10 so if your looking for parts from a deviant or elder dragon but also bottle caps I would say do those slays

as someone who already say farm slay deviant and elder dragon rank 9 quests also give you caps and chance to get SR tickets but the good side of it is you don't have to use any tickets to enter it. Just enter get all the chests and return to hub and you get to keep all caps without fighting elder ro deviants at the end and don't need to spend any tickets to start it. What not to love ?

Note: You can go into a local *9 slay quest by yourself, run around, and grab all the chests. The chests in slay quests drop bottle caps and SR tickets too.

I find solo running the R with a Nargacuga and quick grabbing the nests is a double wammy of XL genes and bottlecaps anywhere from 50-100 caps per run

@@isegard2957 but i got once in coop without my charms and got in game notice that host charms are shared now. So Maybe gathering charm dont work but finding (genes) and others are working Also charms and prayers are two diffrent things. Prayers are Turned off when You return from coop

I haven't even bought SR tickets, yet alone joined expeditions...I'm just farming Super Rare dens because they're safer. I'm level 52, but I don't think my current setup (Grimclaw armor lvl 2, Grimclaw Bow lvl 2, Grimclaw Hammer lvl 2, and Stygian Zinogre SnS lvl 1) is enough to handle the SR expeditions.

The sr expeditions are not that hard, It's the same hr rank monsters as normal game. But if you do have trouble I'd suggest using the gear set that heals you after every turn, I forgot the name but that's what I was using when I finished the game and started sr stuff

I find buying normal tickets for 8 then doing the 8 star run, you are guaranteed to get 2 more then you spent, plus all the bottle caps from chests you can profit from it

Most of this you probably already know, but if you're struggling: -It always starts with power power speed (it says it a bit weird in the note) -always try to do double attacks -i found hunter buddies to work the best, as if they die, it's only 1 heart lost, not a potential 2 -if you're not sure what it is going to use, always block/evade. It's not worth risking. -just use ancient potion/essence to restore hearts when you can. If you follow this you will get it in one or two tries probably, gl! P.s.: reminder that u can't die if u win a HtH, so if u know what it will use, healing is not rlly worth it as it will one-shot u anyways (unless that one armor ability activates, but don't count on that)

It can be difficult getting into other peoples SR's. Most have them set to private even though local is the option they should use and the ones that are open are filled up quick. Sometimes one just has to keep trying.

@@nuke2099 There literally is no local Button Thank you There is First Menu Multiplayer - Online /Multiplayer Setup (Setup only lets you set party Rider Card Stickers and Equipment) So Online it is -> Co-op/ Versus Both with a setup and a search function so go to setup. Type of play only options are set passcodes and Friends open or closed There Literally is no Local button.

@@takehitsugaming I'm not sure how there's no local button. When you look on the board and go on multiplayer it's directly under "Online Play". Like you cannot miss it. It's impossible for you to not see that option since it exists in the game.

I've been assuming (so take my word with a grain of salt) no. If you have Crit Up M on your armor and talisman I'd believe they stack to be XL or so, but I don't think the values exceed XL with the exception being stacked XL genes on monsters. I've found that a lot of systems are near identical to the mainline games, and armor skills have a cap there so... pretty sure XL is the peak.

Doing the Normal Co-Op, you are 100% certain to go out with +2 Caps (ticket costs 8, your reward is 10), but are the amount of chests the same so you could get out of those with a huge + in caps?

If u use the prayer charm that boosts rare finds, and go into a SR coop den, you will find more blue chests with potential SR tickets in them, or R/N tickets if you're a bit less lucky. Not sure if you can find SR tickets in chests of lower rarity coop dens or not

How on earth do i reliably farm Super Rare Dens i find myself sitting there for a couple hours at a time getting nothing , especially for the velkhana and zingore thunderlord or whatever its called

Don't do it. Is better to run SR explorations in Co-op. That's why we are all farming the bottle caps because SR expeditions at the end give ya either deviant eggs or elder dragon eggs. Two thing you need to know is that firstly, you need to unlock the monster in Luluceon. There's a girl that give ya a series of quests. First during the story she asks to have in your team a Pukei Pukei, but then in post game she starts asking ya to defeat pink rathian, azure ratha los and then she starts giving ya quest for the rare, powerful monsters like silverwind nargacuga and the likes. Do it, is really important. Also, secondly once you have enough bottle caps, buy a SR ticket and run the co-op in local. You can do it in online but you risk freeloaders to take advantage if you don't wanna set passwords each and every time. So local is the way to go as you can launch and nobody will join ya, start the expedition alone and the game will give ya a NPC rider that is rather good, do the den and in the end your new fancy egg will be awaiting. As a little bonus, try to get a fortune XL charm and equip it as it raises the rarity of the chests and in some cases you can fin easily 1 to 3 SR Tickets inside the den. I have only found a maximum of 2 but some people have reported that if you are indeed lucky, you can get up to 3 and in that way, SR expeditions pay themselves when farming for those deviant and elder eggs.

@@rogueexile841 yeah, the cat shop that gives you charms per 30 bottlecaps at random has the best combinations. Of course you either need to spend a lot of them or kinda savescummin to snipe the better ones. If I were ya, Silverwind Nargacuga is one of the best ones. It can abuse status effects with wind trap, bleed, poison and parálisis if you build it welland if you get a salt in the wound charm, you can do a lot of damage with that monstie, it's really obnoxious on PvP and on PvE. It provides a lot of off turn damage! Bloodbath Diablos is pure raw power and it's armour is the best for raw damage as long as you use non elemental weapons.

There are equipments that need the stamp as the material to get upgraded. One that i can recall is the teddy bear hammer (you can buy it from the melynx inc with around 26 bottle caps i believe)

It’s a PC thing I’m afraid, on steam each region is locked from each other. So you need to change stream region to find a more popular zone

man i just cant stand this stupid bottle cap system. they force you to do dens that arent worth anything because the genes you get from bronze and silver dens are always crap. then there is the fact that most chests contain those useless prayer pot amulets instead of caps and the best part comes when you finally get a blue chest and it gives you a damn commendation or a silver or bronze ticket...i would rather have 5 caps than that silver ticket. now you would think that they would at least have a reasonable price for sr tickets but no...100 damn caps so not only do you have to do useless stuff,they are stingy as all hell with caps and the tickets are disgustingly overpriced.....honestly the bottlecap grind makes me lose interest in the game ngl

You don't need to do sr expeditions to get elder dragons and the other monsters, There's a quest line you can do to unlock them and after that you run into them into the super rare dens if you are lucky, But yeah it's definitely alot easier to get them from Sr tickets
