Boudin typically is eaten on its own. Or on some occasions we add it to a seafood boil. Zummo’s brand is trash. Come to Louisiana and get some real stuff. Cajuns will fight for their favorite Boudin(Best Stop, Billy’s, Don’s etc.)You can also get some shipped to you on some of their websites. Have family who get boudin from Best Stop in Scott ,LA shipped to them.

You need Boudin Noir or as we have in the UK Black Pudding, that boudin looks like a messed up sausage haggis 🤔

Boudin is a meal in itself...go to Louisiana and eat some... or maybe make your own The balls are not that great..
