If you pour boiling water on the clams, and wait for them to open, they will release from the shell and be a lot easier and quicker to clean. After they open put into ice water so they don't cook. Then clean them. You can then prepare them as you wish or freeze , can, or smoke them. One can cut them into small pieces and make clam chowder soup from them too.

I have been a fan since Uncle first uploaded a video on his other channel and this one, so I can honestly say this is another re-upload😢…..so hmmm did this uncle die or something? 😢….secondly, whoever it is; you don’t have to delete the old videos just so you can re-upload them….just put re-upload on the title😒.
