i don't like seeing people hurt animals, even fish, but ya, the way he just whacks them in the head is pretty funny. you can tell he's done it a million times. it's just part of the cooking process and he's a skilled cook.

@@gmp3809 to be honest and in my country (Greece 🇬🇷) we don't eat something even close to what I see there. From meat for example we eat sheeps, cows, chickens and pigs and that's it!.... and some animals in the same category but with different name like :sheep 🐑 - goat🐐 is the same animal generally. In China I think that they eat everything has life! And they don't throw anything from the animal, eyes, intestins,brains, tongues ctr.... I respect their food culture (exept dogs and cats that I believe is pure cruelty because both of two animals are from the beginning of humanity our best friends, especially the dog) but I am very impressed anyway.
