It’s DEFINITELY Kim Zolciak because Kaia’s name was on the Pink binder dear heart. That storage looks like she had someone bag up and throw a bunch of stuff they really didn’t want nor need in a storage space until she could destroy or shred them herself. It’s also the kind of stuff you would forget about if it’s not important. I’m not mega rich and I’ve done this, ask my husband😂 I was soo sick of crap everywhere, I got a storage and just threw stuff in bags that was all over my house and they had 30 days to sort it out! Well guess what? They didn’t and I let it go to auction, oh by the way I put the unit in his name. Boy was someone happy to get 3 PlayStations and his exercise equipment back then in 2016🤷🏻‍♀️

My best friend works for public storage. She said that before they auction off the storages, they go through the storage and take what they want. So for you to have a good find like this it's everything!

Sometimes but no not true like if you know your due date is approaching and you don’t plan on paying you can grab stuff …but if you’re late over 10 they lock you out your unit until you pay after… 30 days they add a lien fee then you owe two months and the lien fee after 3 months they auction it off

From the beginning my gut said it’s Sheree… press on nails could have been her youngest daughter Kaleigh. Action figures I’m pretty sure were Kairo’s and he also has a baby girl which would explain the baby stuff and little pink kitchen set. Let’s not forget Sheree had delays with Chateau Sheree and at one point had to downsize, which may be the reason she had to get storage space to begin with. Also Sheree stayed with a nice pair of shades 😎. She should be in a good space financially by now and probably couldn’t care less about the things in that unit.

I have a 10x20 storage unit because we had to move in with my mom after my dad died and it has almost our whole lives in it. I’m not kidding when I say I have nightmares about this happening to me. Now I pay it every month on time but I still have nightmares about something happening and my unit getting auctioned off. Man so much stuff in that unit I’d be so happy to get. I don’t think I’d make any money off of units like this because I’d want to keep everything 😂
