I installed the updated pipe yesterday. I have HJS catted red star downpipes cold start madness is gone. Alan at active is the man ext 227 when you call.

FYI “executive/demo” vehicles are directly from the BMW tracks whenever you purchase them especially being that they are “not registered” and making you the first owner. Of course they’ve been meticulously maintained but just an insight of why they are called that

This is probably best setup for stock tune, stock cats. But for most turbo cars the biggest gains are with downpipes and a tune, so curious how that would sound with this equal lenght resonated exhaust. Check back in with Habibi after he goes catless plz!

I’m about to pull the trigger on this set up, all stock, resonated el aa midpipe and aa axelback. Do you think valve controller is necessary? I feel like the answer is yes but I want it to be no because I don’t want another remote to toggle

Great video as usual and I really like the AA equal length for BMW and I own a F97 and do they have the same problem with the rasps at 2k with the AA equal length mid pipe. I’ve got the stock mid pipe but have a Dinan exhaust and I want to upgrade to AA from the cats back. I don’t want ask something else besides something for the G80 but it’s still a AA mid pipe question for the S58. Keep the info coming for our BMW platforms!

What I can say is that everyone has a different taste in tone and some even like it stock. There's a reason why there's so many brands out there. Active is in my backyard so I have the opportunity to be able to showcase some products for the community

EQL in general causes too much back pressure single mid the wave plus you can hear the turbos with single ✅
