Awesome very nostalgic! I bought someone's childhood collection for $60 it came with the same binder full of vintage sets with holos and a couple oldschool ex's from 1999-2003. Loved opening it!

The Latios you showed comes from a fuel starter set with both Latios and Latias. They were sold in early 2000s. As far as I know they are the only way you could get them.

Why do people call the 2nd to last holo card a reverse? The reverse phrase was for the cards that had the opposite part of the card holo. Like in some sets i understand the 2nd to last card can be a holo but if it's a holo that don't make it a reverse holo.

Okay so I collect Latias cards and that Latias card you got was from Latias Latios half deck 4 and you were correct about the half deck being the only version of that Latias with that artwork printed. If that card was in better condition I would ask to pick it up off of you but the one I currently have is almost identical to that condition :p
