Got to add Star Wars Shadows of the Empire. It was basically a launch title for the N64. The controls are pretty dated but it's still fun. Some other good ones; Donkey Kong64, San Francisco Rush, and Pokemon Snap.

If I had to pick one game not on the list to add - 100% for sure would be Cruisin' USA. I love that game, and the nostalgia I have playing it with my brothers growing up, unlocking all the unlockables we could and trying to find ways to get better times, distance the gap between the rest of the racers, such an amazing time.
