I m so extremely glad you dont have his flashie cloths and his black hair and I'm glad you dont do all of his moves, especially his moves. Only Elvis could do Elvis moves. Except he is not an imitator. He had a Dutch career before he ever sang an elvis song. His fans asked him to learn some elvis songs and that is how all of this started. He is simply "Bouke", all natural all the time. No wigs, no fake sideburns, no costumes, just natural Bouke. He stays in the Netherlands because he has 2 young sons and doesnt want to be away from them. He has been to graceland on the "anniversary dates" by invitation of the Presley family, but I doubt you will see him do concerts in the US till his sons are grown up. Read his bio.

He's already been "his own way". He is a sensation in the Netherlands and surrounding countries, has a huge following, has done many albums dating back to the mid 2000's, and his concerts fill the ziggo dome in amsterdam (it holds 88k people). So, yes, he has already been his own way. He learned the elvis songs because his fans over there asked him to, and he has been invited to graceland by the presley's for anniversary shows.
