Thanks for the video! How or what do they audit ? How would they know how much you ended up making ? Does that mean they have access to you paying system ? If we even have one... Does that mean you have to have an LLC set up ? And a website? Ahh i have so many questions!

Hey love the videos! Im trying to start my own small business renting bounce houses. Learned so much in the past 3 days binge watching! I do have a question though, is it possible for you to explain how you interact with customers? Not the greeting but what you include when setting up a time, what you cover on your waiver, or anything that you personally include to make sure the customer knows. Thankyou!
@nick_o_glass2 жыл бұрын
Hit the link below for waiver and other info. And then are you talking about like when they book with you?
I just ordered my bounce house. I’m doing a small one for toddlers, what do I need to do for waivers? Can the insurance Co send an example?
@CreativeMechanic2 жыл бұрын
They quoted me $4,700 for general liability on 2 bounce houses….. so the 2 grand minimum he’s talking about seems off.. they also wouldn’t give a 10% discount on the watchdog siren as stated on multiple websites

@@nick_o_glass makes it impossible to start small though. You either take the gamble and start with 4-5 units paying insurance or take the gamble starting out with one unit and no insurance

@@nick_o_glass I’m trying to get on with somebody outside my area (which is practically everyone) and just have them consider me as their employee. Talks have been going well so far. So I’m working for company (x), and will use their waivers and rental agreements, rent out my units and pay them 60$ every time I rent one out. Good way to test the waters out. And my two units increased his insurance by 100$ a year……. So he gets some free money and I’m a 1099 contractor for them. It’s not finalized but would be a great way to get started in the business

I guess I don't understand why you would want to offer to cover a accident unless someone would ask. A claim is a claim, so wouldn't that make your premium go up the next year ?

You have to remember that Alex is an insurance broker, so his advice will be HYPER safe to mitigate a suit. It’s just advice to consider

What does the insurance cover ? Any hidden info?
@nick_o_glass2 жыл бұрын
You can get it to cover all sorts of stuff. General liability is the most important meaning of someone gets hurt on your bouncer and sues you you’re protected

I just started an inflatables business last year. We got 1 quote and they were charging 2000 a year and they said that it's for 1 slide. Is it really that expensive?
@nick_o_glass2 жыл бұрын
Nope that’s the minimum roughly. You can’t really find lower. It is part of the deal! Like driving a car.
