I liked the video. For the portion on the hairlight, what is a good power for the flash. For example, if the ambient light is reading at f8 what should the hairlight read?

thanks for the comments! answers to some questions/suggestions: diffuse man sounds nice! :) but it would be a tough video-edit, i'm afraid way above my league.. the video was filmed with the canon 5D mark 2. great camera!

yes and NO...they cheated, but bounced lighting is much better than no lighting or direct on flash (unless you like direct on flash). FUNNY STUFF....but a bit childish, don't you think? Sense of humor PLUS some better described technique would appeal to novices. Great casting by the way...good job!
