BOUND FOR SPEED KTM 500EXC

I've been riding many times with fellas who've raced Finke and Hattah (I myself finished 10th in class at Finke 1994) I know their speed is pretty darn good. But, when I see they've finished 1 or 2 hours behind Toby and Grabbo, I think "Fark!". It's hard to imagine anyone going that quick. This awesome video shows that speed, the frame flex and the punishment they put themselves through. I've watched many videos of desert racing, and this one is able to capture something the others can't. Top job Adam, and goodluck to the KTM Desert Team.

Its interesting to see the vastly different styles all work so well. Grabbo seams to have a bulldog/chipping away style, it just works. Ivan appears effortless, one with the bike, there for the ride. Price just man handles the bike and makes it do what he wants. Great mini doco, cant wait to see more!!!!!

Worst part i found after 12mths from a broken back & major surgery with 2 replacement vertebrae's , 2 discs & rods is the change in the weather at nights , most time i fight the throbbing pain down my right hip & leg but at times have to pop a 20ml tremadol or a endone take the edge off it get some sleep. i'm now back on the bikes last 4 mths building the mucles up around the spine trying get bike fit again. from day accident at work was 2yrs all up till i was back on a bike @50yrs young :) know exactly what he's saying only able to stand for short times needed get weight of the hips & sit again was all baby steps building strength again.
