I have agricultural land of 5 acres. There is a boundary dispute with adjacent land owner. The land was surveyed by Govt. surveyor and the variation between enjoyment boundary and newly fixed boundary after survey is 3 feet. Somebody is telling that the enjoyment boundary is correct because the variation is within the allowable survey error. Which boundary is correct? (enjoyment boundary or newly fixed boundary).

In my agri land they had mentioned as ‘ Veeli athu’ in mula pathiram so is that valid one bez my father’s brother is claiming that u have only 5.75 acre only but in documents it is clearly mentioned that 6.13 acres.
