Now a days all the banks have changed their policies. So the Cheque will be issued only in the name of present owner. So Purchase the property in your name and then apply for Re Finance Loan. After completion of all process they will issue cheque in your favour. After that you can pay the sale consideration to the agent. Thank You sir.

If the Power Deed contains Schedule then it has to be Adjudicated in the concerned Register office. If the schedule is not there then is has to be registered in the Power Agent's residing address jurisdiction. Thank You.

We have ancesstor property. For this property totally five legal heirs. But two persons without the knowledge of other 3 legalheirs they have given power of attorney for well leveled good area stating that that is their share.Actually our property is belongs to two survey number (58+44 cents ) . In this they have calculated the total area 102 cents and taken 40.8 cents in one survey number and executed power of attorney with out any boundaries. Now other legal heirs are not possible to divide the property equally. Only after the cancelation of power of attorney only we could divide equally. Now we have submitted a app in the district registrar office to cancel this illegal power of attorney.

Before proceed further, enquire about the principal whether he is alive or dead? If he is alive then check the Power Deed whether the Agent has the Power to sell and receive sale consideration.
