This is something I've been struggling with over the past couple of years (especially when it comes to my relationships with my family) and I just want to thank you for this video. It's really inspired me to push forward with building more boundaries and your tips are absolutely invaluable in helping me with that process.

One of the things you mentioned that REALLY resonated with me was about when we slip into thinking or dwelling on the past and it’s not having a good affect on us, we can set a boundary for that. Wow! This is SO helpful for me right now. Asia, you are just so wise and so helpful on so many levels. Thank you, sweet sister!

This is the exact topic i wanted to see for a while, but i didn't see anyone speaking about it. It's so imporant and thank you for clarifying! "self is always changing and always in the process of being figured out" ... Yes, yes... also, 'making boundries first with the mind and thoughts' ... very wise and useful practice. Beautiful and helpful video ♥

I had such trouble in my little gardens last year feeling I couldn't weed anything out. It ended up being quite wild. Everything seemed precious to me. I do see that as an important reflection. At THAT time it felt right to be wild and let it all grow. I needed some place to be boundary less. This year I feel different and am shaping and weekend my garden much more. It feels clearing and caring. At this time I wonder about creating better boundaries with a partner who I/we may have out grown. I really wonder about the intimate relation dynamic of boundaries. We are together to merge and be one on the most primal level yet we our ourselves too. This to me is the art and tragedy of intimate relations and one I'm still greatly struggling with. Thank you so much for this video. When I read or watch you I'm reminded of the morning dew...soft, glistening, clear, delicate yet profound.

I have the exact same earrings as a gift but they break at the joint between the "cresent" part (thick part) and the thin hoop that goes to the ear....I love them but they are about to break.
