I ran a tabletop just last night and this track sold it. Post 12ABY as a setting, just after Mandolorian and Ahsoka for setting reference. One of the PCs was a Mandalorian merc. Built a career of fighting the Empire and criminals for his own people, the Rebellion, the New Republic, and even his own reasons for over 20 years in character, but had no children. Spanned multiple seasons and campaigns. Dude was away from home for decades and family missed him. Another PC played a character who he took as an adult foundling. Taught him the language, the culture, the mandates, and helped him build his armor. Passed his trials and became a Mando too. The two become friends over the process. Good story building. Goes to invite this new Mando he trained back to Concordia but says he's going ahead before they meet to secure that they have safe passage, as the players are not in good standing with many criminal orgs like black sun and the hutts. No response after a few days. His student and friend goes to see if he needs help, only to find him dead at the hands of an Imperial kill team. The new Mando then is forced to meet his new family, with his mentor dead. It was an emotional scene, and this track was the cherry on top that really sold it. Thank you very much for making this avalable. It made a fantastic story just that much better on the table for the whole group.
