I have this, works extremely well on playgrounds and sandlots. I found so much jewelry and coinage around there with such little effort. A metal detector without a pinpointer is like a car without tires. Sure, it'll get you there and you can drive on the rims, but it's a lot less pleasurable than having those rubber tires

Just bought one and put it to work yesterday. Couldn't be happier with it. On a side note, I have a Fast Tracker that I love, but I can't use it in wet weather. Is there anything stopping me from using a plastic grocery bag to keep the control box dry? And for anybody who has doubts about the Fast Tracker's capabilities, don't sweat it. I've pulled 2 gold rings, both 14K, out of all places, my backyard. Plenty of clad change and no shortage of trash, just like the high dollar units.

Got the PP In yesterday headed out today with another piece of the puzzle to get to MD’ing. So I’m looking at making my LS PRO to where I can make the headphones Bluetooth. I found a video of one such transition that seems to be pretty simple. Have you ever converted yours to Bluetooth? As always thanks for the videos and lessons!

No It's Bounty Hunters improved pinpointer.

It is an upgraded new circuit. Better sensitivity and power control knob. No more accidentally knocking the knob into a high sensitivity setting, causing it to false. Bounty Hunter removed the audio alarm and added a powerful vibration response/alert for less conspicuous hunting and great for the hearing impaired.
