As a person who never played this game. Is it hard to involved in pvp? Is it gear depended or skill? And does it take long tp get decent gear to pvp with?

Its gear based game. And its easier to get decent gear. Just buy a decent account its cheaper than creating a new one

I'd say on average you're looking at 3 months if playing this game daily to catch up and be in a competitive state if you're in a hurry. I definetly would say it's worth it and a lot of fun though and it doesn't take a huge investment.

650$ for around 590 gear score sound pretty solid , or else you have to progressing a lot

On pc there is boss gear event you have another month to get a character to lvl 60 to get geared for free
