Yummy!! This reminds me of great times after going to the movies, I would go to eat JACK Daniels Barbecue Ribs and Shrimp with Onion Rings at TGI FRIDAYS!!! I used to dip my shrimp in the Jack Daniels sauce!! The Best Days of My Life!! OMG, your shrimp recipe is Perfect!!!

I have made these several times and they are delicious. Bacon easier to wrap if you lay bacon flat on cutting board and role the shrimp. Thank you for the awsome recipe..

Jason, I just ordered bacon wrapped shrimp at a Mexican place. They were outstanding! Yours look even BETTER!! I love those low-numbered one pound bags of big, raw frozen shrimp. Your sauce sent this recipe out of the solar system! Man oh man did that sauce look great! I saved this recipe to my favorites! Great job my friend!

I did this to a tee awesome used hickory with a mix of apple wood, did this on my bbq with a smoker box this is a keeper loved the taste added brown sugar to the the sauce my taste do it is wonderful

I will have to try these next and I think I have the shrimp already but have to check them out. Have you tried bacon wrapped Oysters yet? Some kind of good for sure. You need very thin bacon cut in half and kind of pre cooked in a pan and then take the largest steamed Oyster and wrap them in the bacon and then use a toothpick to secure them + dipping them in butter or your sauce then put them on your grill just to cook the bacon a little more and then ENJOY to the moistest A+A+A+ Some kind of good I say :)

Yes indeed, put those on the menu Jason! I'm gonna give these a try. Nice touch adding some cocktail sauce and bourbon to the BBQ sauce! So, were you smoking those ribs at 350F also?

Yeah Troy the horseradish cocktail sauce is key IMO. Yeah good catch haha! We cook the ribs at 275 but kicked em up for about 30 minutes while the shrimp was on!.

The ONLY thing I would have done differently is to pour the bourbon into the cup you had the cocktail sauce in, to rinse it out. Other than that, this is bookmarked and I WILL be trying this on my smoker this summer. Thanks!

Works the same in the oven - just make sure you have it on convection you won’t get the smoke flavor but it will still taste good!!
