God Bless you AB!! This method, make a puppy pull a freight train!! Little tip. When it's time to flip, use a second grill rack. With heat proof gloves, place a second grill rack over the first cook. With heat proof gloves lift and flip the whole rack!

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!! I made these for my husbands birthday as an appetizer! You said make 40 or 50 for 4 or 5 guests and we needed that amount for just us two 😂😂😂 Boyyyyyyyyyy them thangs we’re BUSSIN YOU HEAR ME. I was hesitant to not add other seasonings but I did just like you said and just used what you used. Annnnnnddddd I’m eating left over shrimp right now and the flavor is even better the second day!!! The lime and ginger is popping out in the flavors! And my first time using FRESH ginger root. I’ve always used ground ginger. But you are THE TRUTH! I’ve done a few of your other recipes. Everything always looks so good! Could use on chx or pork bites, play around by adding some pineapple juice, crushed pineapple lemongrass or maybe some coconut milk to either the marinade or sauce... love the smell of fresh ginger

My shrimp are chilling in their marinade right now. Have a small group coming over, chicken wings, kofta & tsatziki, jalapeño poppers and your shrimp. When I read your ingredient list,mit was right in my wheelhouse. Nice recipe and video.

🔥. One of my favorite dishes from Pappadeux is the “Shrimp Brochette” which is large shrimp, a sliver of jalapeño, wrapped in bacon served over dirty rice. 🔥🔥🔥 I’d brush a little honey/lime over top of them as soon as they come out the oven too ☺️ I bet it’s be even crispier in the air fryer lol you got my brain going!!! Definitely on my meal plan for next week.

We did this alot back in the day. We played around with ingredients and came up with a gret twist to this recipe. Small piece of habenero and some minced garlic on under side of shrimp, thin bacon wrap, depending on style may use tooth picks. The next thing we do is pan fry for crispy bacon, take off heat and add small amount of lime. Then its bbq grilled with bbq sauce with high heat to glaze. So addictive!

I've got that exact same garlic press, and I like it a lot. It does a great job and it's easy to clean. I like to work on my knife skills, so I generally do garlic with a chef's knife, but when I need more than a few cloves of minced garlic that press is my go-to.
