Watching episodes I missed. I was able to pick up a bottle of Larceny BP C922 a few months ago and enjoyed it. The Larceny BP A123 just dropped in Illinois last week and I was able to get a bottle. Have not cracked it open yet.

Grabbed a bottle in respect of “breaking bourbon” knowing what they are talking about. Glad to see you second their palate on this bottle. I’ve had a couple of pours. This is the best wheated bourbon I’ve tried. The worst I’ve tried is also a Larceny 😂. Here’s to more of this in the future! 🥃

Funny how people taste things differently. I would never ever describe this as a caramel bomb. Shows the importance of finding reviewers who have tasting notes that match up with your own. This is a nice bottle either way.

Just picked up a Larceny A123 125.8 proof and it's so good that I bought another one to bunker. The first bottle is over half gone and I thought I didn't like "wheaters" but obviously I hadn't tried a good one before.

I know people bash some releases of this. I'll go out on a limb and say this is the best cost acceptable barrel proof wheated bourbon out there that is readily available. Are some batches better that others yes. I know makers mark cask strength. My opinion doesn't hold a note to these. Weller 107 unable to find for most part unless secondary. Old elk hard find and triple the price.

It’s not on the bottle but I think it’s 6-8 years according to Heaven Hill.

You’re on point! Caramel BOMB! I love this release the best. B522 was terrific, but I think this one is better. A good barrel strength bourbon should have great flavors and punch you in the mouth hard enough to try and knock the taste buds off your tongue. B522 missed the mark on the mouth punch.

C922 was a the completion of a wonderful year of Larceny Barrel Proof releases. Sorry ECBP, Larceny BP is now one of my favorite Heaven Hill yearly releases. As for the swearing, parents should know better by now on what they should and should not expose their children to. Alcohol is an adult beverage and the people who talk about it are graphic with their expressions. If they can't be bothered to police their own listening/watching habits, that isn't your fault. That is their responsibility to limit 'vulgar' language and adult situations, not yours.

I ordered two of these today at retail. Popped when I got home and after letting it breath for 20 minutes I went in. I heard this was good, but damn, this was freaking amazing! I regularly drink great cask strength whiskey, and this was as good as they come. A full bodied flavor bomb and if you're looking for elegance, look elsewhere.
