Hi.. The Bourbon is added at the softball stage when you take the sugar off the heat.

Hi Noreen Thank you for pointing that out. I have fixed the video with an annotation. The bourbon will be added as it reaches the softball stage and is taken off the stove. I hope yours turns out fantastic.
