Amazing! I have the opportunity to play this piece for my sophomore jury and I’m very excited to play the entire piece!! After my wrist accident I had to postpone my jury, but I am coming back to listening to this piece. I remember all the beautiful 2:06 pieces, and how the piano is the solo in some parts and I love the evenness of the 2:39 cadenza. I struggle with cadenzas and having them even and blend well!

Nothing but top-quality musicianship is expected from Denis ... and every time that's just what we get, and then some more! It's rare to fine someone so finely-tuned. The only other I can think of is Hilary Hahn.

This piece is so hard but so pretty. The cantabile makes me feel like a princess and the presto is so cool sounding? Like pop music almost? Anyway i really hope i can play it this good one day❤❤

Tips on double tounging lower register? The Presto section is an absolute beast (and so is cantabile)

Wrong on every count. There's no way you're a professional musician of any caliber with this opinion. What orchestra are you in? Have you played anything in his repertoire with a professional orchestra yourself? Do you play the flute? A woodwind instrument?
