I toured Europe in 2013 and the band we toured with had a Laboga Mr. Hector. I obsessed over them for 8 years and my wife bought me one for my birthday/anniversary/father's since they all fall weeks from each other. I have a 5150 and I rarely use it because of the Laboga Mr. Hector MKIV. Friend of mine heard mine and bought one of his own too. And pretty inexpensive compared to other 100w tube amps. My favorite amp by far.

The UI here by my bud Luan is world class but I just couldn't get any sounds I liked out of this one. I really want them to refine the sound for an update.

Right now it sounds like a mid-heavy thing that's impossible to get those harmonic chugs from. Listen to Cytotoxin Gamageddon for real amp sounds. Not impressed with this thing. It has the snarl but the mids are just shit.

I too have the Real Laboga Hector and They are incredible amps hand made in Wroclaw, Poland by Eryk Laboga. Do not confuse him with David Laboga. Completely different company. Eryk is a great guy to deal with Kyle. They have some other great models like the newer Diamond Sound 40 watt hi-gain.Get Some !

I'm positive a better tone could be achieved if you had used the graphic eq in conjunction with the pre-effedts section.

It would be better to have Klon Centaur Clones instead of 808, and Comp/Lim instead of Limiter! GREAT amp sim!

While I'm disappointed in the plugin, it still sounds better than the audio assault plugins you did videos for in the past.

Sounds like a Peavey OG 5150 and the Fortin Cali with a grind pedal had a frankenstein freakout amp. So, much, mid! I love the Ampcraft92 plug and a Fortin Cali, but this mid character is just kinda annoying. Could probably tame it with other plugins, but then why? Lol. Still gonna try this out with my own axe and such to get a feel for it. Edit: Turning the bright off fixes some of the cancer midrange. Ooh, resizable UI, such innoveation. Not. ..... Cheers Kyle

Plug-in has more gain and that’s it. If you have hector it will be amazing to hear your comparison. Probably using same IR.

@@AuroraDSP I had it, back in the days. Like someone said - the plugin sounds a bit like a activated wah in front, at least with TS in front.

@@MatthiasBuesing same thing with real one, this amp not specially likes TS in front of second channel. It handles booster much more gentle. We will take care of it in upcoming patch. Some tweaks in TS module.
