"Pitte Latrine" at schools is like Mona Lisa: Everlasting - even though the ANC said decades ago it will not be. Magnifique. You should also go see South African Airwaves: It has wings, but it cannot fly. Magnifique. Tolle Plaze was a ANC modern-age artwork that just never grabbed people's interest, so they did not want to drive-and-pay to view it. Be quick to view the last few Tolle Plaze still standing. Magnifique.

If the community was safer, perhaps doing work there would be easier....no? And THAT is a national responsibility. Therefore, blame the ANC. With proper policing and constant military deployment things could finally start improving, but that won't happen because then the DA might actually start solving some of the issues in the flats and that's a very bad image for the ANC.
