I really like that you make it clear when you burp the balloon and when you don’t. That’s super important. A lot of tutorials already have the balloons blown up.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I appreciate the vote for "burping." I have gotten comments that it takes too long to get to the twisting parts. So I'm always kind of torn between inflating in the video or pre-inflating them. Best regards.

What are the best quality balloons for this and balloon twisting in general?

The balloons that most pros use are by Qualatex. You'll find a shopping link with the video. It's the brand I've always used that are thicker and less prone to popping, especially when you make complicated balloons.
