Bowers Mansion Walk-Through Tour

I grew up right next door to Bowers Mansion at the firestation. Betty Hood was the head director and I would give tours with her every summer when I was not at the pool playing. I have many pictures of me on the stairs there in the mansion and was even in a sherlock homes picture filmed there. Great memories. I even still to this day believe Ellie roams the mansion and sits by her crystal ball at night. I remember riding my bike with my friends and brother at night in the park and would see the candle floating and set down on the table by the crystal ball.

Wow a great story and well told I enjoyed every minute thx you....I grew up there and the last event was with my dad before passing ....great memories thx you for teaching me all the history I didn't know ....your very good at your job

When we toured in 1972, we were told two of her babies was buried alongside the house.
