#bowfishing #airboat Bowfishing the river and it was a beatdown for the fish! They could swim but couldn't out run the airboat.

Love seeing the arrow hit the fish. A lot of nice gars, Wish it had more big carp shots, and showed the biggest fish of the night at the end.

So what do you guys do with all these fish? Throw them in the garden?
@UnGuidedOutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Really depends on the species, gar are great fried, carp we feed to the pigs and we are going to give buffalo a try here pretty soon. Obviously we keep all the tilapia we can.

Just not cool. No reason to kill fish for sport. Kinda sick actually

Carp are a non native, invasive species which hurt the native fish by eating their habitat and eggs. The gar also eat their fair share of small native fish, so when there is an abundance of both you have a low native fish count. It helps the native fish out by taking some of them out. Kinda helps keep the balance.
