I bought the Bowflex Treadmill 22! Love it would like to see some improvements to the JRNY software! More paid streaming subscription platforms like Apple TV+ and local TV network accessibility. One major flaw I see with this treadmill is that the touchscreen is not utilized to change the speed or the incline. The treadmill has a great variety of hard-set toggles to change the speed and the incline and some preset options, but if I want to increase my speed from say 9.2 mph to 9.8mph, I'd have to toggle 6 times instead of pressing the touchscreen to bring up a keypad like most other touchscreen treadmills. There should also be a quick-touch feature that allows the user to click one button to activate a walk setting and another for a run setting, and that these settings can be altered by the user.

You are making the fool of people, Do you know you have to pay 200 dollars every year if you want to see the Netflix or prime video. This is unethical. They highlight a screen that gives an impression that you can use for streaming apps if you already have a membership, In fact, they want you to pay for licenses. You can save 1000 dollars and get the same configuration without a tablet. I feel cheated

When I finish a workout I get a white spinning circle and it never gets to the workout result page.

We bougth Bowflex 22 bike and we are diasppointed. Explore the world doesn't work until i finish assesments. Why? How many assesments do i have to do? Unboxing was soo difficult. They wrap up with a lot of tapes. Soo difficult to regiser for JRNY because only from USA can doit. The bluetooth heart rate monitor is difficult to find the pairing button.

I got the Bowflex max total 16 but don’t see any way to access an option for Netflix or other streaming apps so I can log in. Where is this stuff??? All I see is workout programs and videos. Nothing else.

@@shuchisharda4433 You do have to have the JRNY membership to access streaming and of course you must have the correct streaming services membership. So, JRNY is only a conduit to get to the stresming. Otherwise, the tablet/screen is not very useful.

Too bad you forgot to mention you need a subscription to use any of this stuff. 1800 dollar treadmill that barely functions and can't use basic android features. Bowflex treadmills are a acam.

Probably not, which really sucks. And notice Bowflex won't respond to this particular question after 3 months? This a total non starter for me. I refuse to pay almost $2000 for a machine, and can only way I can use my Netflix or Amazon Prime is via Bowflex's subscription service.

No. You must have a Jrny subscription to use the bike tablet beyond basic riding metrics.

Hey @@RandomVids1231 don't worry, i HAVE the JRNY app and still can't figure out how to get to it. @Bowflex, sometimes you don't want a coach, or a class, sometimes you just want to watch Invincible while biking for a half hour. Is that possible without having to go through the tedium of setting up a curated workout and navigating through a bunch of windows?

Dreadful customer support. We have a Bowflex X6 and use the JRNY app. For some reason I accidentally entered three users (my name twice) and now it won't work at all. I have contacted JRNY several times to delete the extra user but they've not even bothered responding.

Please make it stable. Locks up, freezes, ends program to soon. Spins and journey freezes and the starts back. It would be great if it was stable, extremely buggy

Unlike Roku I don't believe you can add streaming services to the Android software running the T 10. if KZbin is not included in their bundle of streaming services you can't add it for now. Maybe in time they will update the Android software running the T 10 to allow adding streaming services.

I just received the T 10 Treadmill I purchased from Best Buy because they provided the very best offer. For $249 they deliver the T 10 to the room of your choice, assembly of the T 10 and haul away old exercise equipment. With a Best Buy credit card you can finance for 24 months with zero interest. Since I was replacing a 22 year old treadmill I liked the fact the Best Buy service hauled away the old unit. The T 10 is a fabulous treadmill and the JRNY seems like a very good feature for those who need a different challenge each time they exercise. I watch concert videos so I have no need for extra motivation the music and crowd excitement are all the simulation I need. To begin I select one of the manual scenic programs with the volume on the T 10 computer turned off, set the speed and incline, walk and run for 20 minutes. I highly recommend the T 10 Treadmill.

Just snagged this from the website. Looks like once you get JRNY subscription they just unlock your ability to log-in to your existing streaming accts (no need to buy new Netflix acct) "Binge your existing Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ accounts from the HD touchscreen. JRNY Membership required. Streaming subscriptions not included."

@@mooncapitalllc8326 Unfortunately there does not appear to be a way to use the monitor on the T 10 for streaming apps unless you subscribe to JRNY. Since you are already paying for streaming services paying another $149 per year just to stream to the T 10 monitor seems outrageous. That is of course unless you use the JRNY service which I don't.

It’s complete b.s you can’t use the machine and screen you paid for without a monthly subscription So I can’t use Netflix or Hulu subscription without paying you 20 a month for another subscription after I just drop about 3k including taxes on your machine? I really want to buy one of these but can’t rationalize paying a subscription to use the machine I already paid for

Worst product I have ever bought. I own the Velacore Bowflex bike. And both the bike and the JRNY program have never worked. I’m constantly frustrated and calling customer service. Not worth your time or money!
