Great vid. Had the dumbbells for two years and overall did the job. Like you, my gripe was the length. No matter the setting the dumbbells it remained the same length. You’ll work around it tho. The one thing I couldn’t stand was the handles. It was very uncomfortable and slippery. I’ve since upgraded to the powerblocks pro. Bottom line, 1090’s is probably the best value dumbbell for most people.

Just a correction, those extra parts are for the 560's, not 552's. The 1090 and 552's use the same mounting hardware (the x4 rubber bumpers).
