Ive had mine for 3 months, and I am already having issues. While running today, the incline decided to max itself out and wouldn't go down. Now it's stuck at the highest incline. I'm waiting for Bowflex to respond to my email. I hope it isn't indicative of how owning this treadmill will be.

Good luck getting a response. You are better off calling them RIGHT when they open, which is 6 am PST. I e-mailed them at the beginning of January and they did not reply until the end of January. By then I already made dozens of calls to Bowflex. Their customer service is truly terrible.

How much to get the console replaced? The electronics on the T22 only have 1 yr warranty...I now have an unusable tank seating in my Livingroom

Hi, what size are the bolts for Step one?

Apparently Bowflex changed the bolts: There are no longer washers and lock washers.

too complicated to do it right alone, you need at least 2 people, and I would pay installation to get it done properly.

@Deus Vlad2.0 yeah they do. Honestly though i needed a person for about 3 minutes to hold something while I connected wires. Actually not that bad.

None of these machines are too complicated to put together yourself with just basic mechanical skill and an extra set of hands for just one or 2 steps. However, the belt section itself is HEAVY. Built like a 1944 Sherman tank.
