I agree with comments below. I got this treadmill for Christmas and the screen froze after maybe third use and I'm not able to use it. I call customer support everyday but I'm stuck for hours and I'm not able to get help.

😂 they say it's 2 people to get the job done, nope I did all by myself in too the house then setting it all up. It works great but, my only disappointment is that it doesn't go faster.

Can someone specify how we're supposed to slide these wires up and not crimp them? They only go up so far and do not stay up

I was wondering the same bec I really want one and it’s on sale. I did see a review that said her second machine worked and they fixed the issue but that was the only update I saw.

@@DearJuel do yourself a favor and do not get it. The assembly is so irritating and I'm stuck because of bad descriptive assembly instructions. That and the screwholes do not always line up perfectly!

Was an absolute pain in the a** to assemble. 2 of the screws became threaded super easy because of the crappy position of the holes. Also way to many parts. It’s standard for most treadmills in this price range to come in 2-3 parts only. Not 50.

Exact same thing happened to me!. I called this morning to get some help in getting it fixed and instead was told out of warranty and I could buy replacement console for $800. No thank you. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews before purchasing this treadmill 2 years ago. So disappointed with Bowflex. I now need to pay for bulk trash to come remove this broken piece of junk from my office. Reply

This treadmill sucks, 3 thousand dollars, shuts off randomly, screen is garbage, and on top of that needs a 20usd membership per month. Also it doesn't adjust speed or incline automatically with programs. Customer support sucks. Returning it to Costco but it's such a pain because it weights a ton!!!
