wow there should be alot of crossbows that can decrank after hunting deer that new tenpoint crossbow seems good but the question remainds to be anwsered is it quiet enough to shoot and reload when another deer comes around that my question that hasn't been anwsered but if anyone who wants a crossbow that shoots quiet go for the old tenpoint crossbows or a p,s.e crossbow or even a centerpoint crossbow at any price that your looking for at fleetfarm or cabela's good luck to all hunters find a good price for a crossbow that your looking for and buy it at your own time happy new years to everyone

How well does it balance freehand? I love my Sub-1 XR but its so front heavy. Difficult to stay steady free hand from my saddle

I still hate messing with that accudraw system- pushing buttons and spinning little dials. I had a 505 and hated the accudraw and the "2 stage" trigger was a joke. Tenpoint is making progress- if only they and Ravin could join forces then one would have the ultimate crossbow. Use Ravin's crank system, which is very simple and their clip on nocks, mixed with the durability of Tenpoint and I would be interested. As it stands currently I will not buy a Tenpoint again until they change that accudraw system and begin using clip on nocks. I'll still with my Ravin R9 and R10 until then.

I hope you can answer my questions, how quiet is the safety and how quiet is it to shoot? Does it need silencers on the string to quiet down when shooting? I see what I call bumpers that the string hits when shooting that will help take out the vibration from the string. I had a nice 8 come in to 25 yards the first time I had my 10 point out. Clicked off the safety and the buck heard it and got the heck out of there. Need something quieter. Thank you.

2k is not affordable for average range of hunters in a low budget. I was thinking 1,000 or less after taxes. If you gana spend the 2k on this bow then you might as well buy the 3k bow that gives you a better range, accuracy, and power.

They have gotta be totally out of their mind. They want $2000 for a crossbow. That shoots 410 feet per second. That's crazy that's way too much money for a crossbow like that way too much money

Why tenpoint would waste their money giving you a crossbow is beyond me, oh yeah that's right, they are charging 2 grand for a 'compact' crossbow. As the archery business community keeps raising prices, they will lose business.

I'll be 67 in February of 2025. I have a torn rotator cuff on my left side. I killed 21 deer so fr this season with my bowtec vertical Icon. 55 lbs. Crossbows are NOT vertical bows. Require ZERO practice and are closer to a firearm than a vertical bow. Physically impaired (apparently more than me) or young inexperienced hunters. Bow hunt or die should be HUNT or die.

Considering it's everything you need to go hunting minus broadheads, it's not bad. A new flagship bow is $1,500 and once you add in a sight, rest, arrows, quiver, stabilizers, etc you can run near $3,000 pretty quickly. Is it still expensive? Of course! But this is an expensive hobby.

My buddies dad has MS and physically can’t pull a bow back anymore. Should he not have any options at all? Hell, I torqued my shoulder at work this season and had to get my crossbow out for a few weeks because it hurt to pull my bow. Should I just stay out of the woods? Everyone has different limitations and should have options to hunt.
