you normaly do rarely play double stops in an orchestral piece(only if its obviously written that the composer wanted double stops). Mostly you just seperate it at the desk.

Yes that is a problem with me too. Solution is to adjust the gap between E and A and the curvature of the bridge. And use correct tension of the bow.

Yes, best to avoid that or eventually oils from our hands make it hard for rosin to adhere to the hairs and thus make a sound.

Yes, the oils and dirt prevent rosin from absorbing.
