haha, jokes on them. The entire album is solid. One of the few albums that you can put on and just hit play. Great driving album. There is a lot of attitude in the album, that I related to when it came out. IMO - the deep cuts are the better songs. If I dig around I can probably find the CD in storage. There are only a few full play albums on my list. This is one for sure. Others on that list Matchbox Twenty Yourself or Someone Like You alanis morissette jagged little pill

Ive been 260 and I have been dropping like crazy by cycling and using body weight and using my powerblock dumbells. Jared I wanna see you healthy again man cause I care thats all. If so he can do it again and it will probably come off quicker than last time with the same effort because his body will be like "oh we did this before, let's burn some fat again that felt good"... in non biology terms that is 😂 It's the same with muscle after losing it, it comes back 3 times faster than it would take otherwise for you. That is if he isn't too old to maintain as much wxcwrcise, but there are other ways like having a more strict diet that can make up for that etc.
