He's became too self-conscious and awkward after winning his first title. His mental game would have been better if he stopped forcing a good guy persona on himself. He started out almost as arrogant as PDW and Sean Rash but later tries to hide it with the resting bitch face. For the record he still won the match at 2:09 on the bench because Ken Simard missed in the 10th frame

In 1989 he was a hard-throwing cranker but in the 90s onwards he was a textbook (power) stroker. It seems like Wichita State bowlers are more prone to choking, perhaps it's the pressure from collegiate bowling.
