Hard to tell, 40 got loose on his own and 19 tried to slow down, but 28 rear ended 19 into 40. Deal with it it the pits, after the driver has a chance to explain himself and you've reviewed the footage.

This track is too small....they can't really race, all they can do is wreck each other or follow in a single file. I've never understood the popularity of this track, other than just tearing cars up. Just a waste of money and some nice looking late models that need to race somewhere where you can actually pass.

The track actually used to be a stadium for a school. That's why its so small because it was never built for this, it was made to play football and run track on not race late models and street stocks

Butthurt Black let his ill handling race car got the best of him and was looking for trouble. I assume Whelen removed #40 from the track and placed sanctions accordingly.
