Robert Fulton is credited for inventing the steamboat, and he's usually a considered an important American figure (i.e. he's covered in American history classes). The point still stands that the product is worth nowhere near the price, but I'd find a Fulton cut auto to be better than quite a few they put in there.e

It's pretty clear that this commenter doesn't know much about prospecting. The "chase" presidential/historical autographs are really just a bonus to the prospect autos that are included in the box.
