Turbo Mode just removes start and end lag but otherwise the attacks behave normally, it just makes it infinitely easier to start combos and to avoid punishment. Instant Attacks on the other hand makes everything happen on the first frame, meaning that not only is there no lag between attacks but said attacks have their hitboxes out before the animation even starts. So in other words, the ultimate power that should never be given to an Amiibo

Like, all their attacks come out fast as shit (maybe not on frame 1, but comparable to the fast characters in the roster), but they have extra-long end lag. Would that be a broken (good) character, a viable character, or a broken (shitty) character?

A heavy with amazing start up but horrendous end lag sounds like a bad character They could break out of combos and stuff out the opponents approach options but they cannot combo into their own moves and it would be risky to go offstage. None of their moves would be safe on shield and they could get whiff punished for throwing out a laggy move. Speaking of shield stuff they would have amazing out of shield options theoretically
