Freddy's voice is lowest pitched than his nightmare form. Nightmare Hop-Hop's pitch stayed the same as freddy's, but deep demonic. And porkchops has given Tina T Rex's satanic heavy voice (from season 1/2 episodes from CN TAWOG)
