It might have, but then you need a solid definition for white. If it's only full white (i.e. RGB #ffffff), then I'm pretty sure none of the surfaces in the game are actually white. You'd need something like max 10% off white

I think it would be an interesting challenge to not touch clear as you would have to avoid water and clear pipes, it would also be interesting because you would have to not be out in the open when the rain starts (I guess in order to get the giga bell you would have to be under the rim of the bell before the rain started).
