I think I got it... Bowser gives Roy a car (knowing Bowser why would he do that?) and when Roy drives to Mushroom City to show off his car with the chicks, Larry sneaks in his car, Roy gets angry at him when they arrive, Roy gets embarrassed by Larry. (Either one of these now) 1. Larry takes Roy's car 2. Larry runs away and Roy tries to find him with his car Something like that, it could be wrong.
