Bowser's Rage / King of the Koopas (Paper Mario) - GaMetal Remix (2019)

An old 2011 GaMetal arrangement resurfaces as we revisit Paper Mario to take on a final battle medley of Bowser's Rage, Wish of the Princess, and King of the Koopas!
This was another song I wanted to remake for last May, but was edged out in favor of other songs.
This arrangement covers all 3 themes that play during the final battle with Bowser: Bowser's Rage, probably the most Black Metal Bowser song out there, Wish of the Princess (which plays in between battles during Peach's wish sequence), and King of the Koopas, the absolute final battle with Bowser theme.
Putting together this video made me remember how awesome of a final battle this was. Assuming you weren't using cheap tactics, this fight was no joke. Especially when Bowser does BS things like healing for 30 points.

Still the best Bowser fight in the entire Mario series. Bowser was at his most cunning, competent, and evil in this game. Galaxy came close, but PM64 was Bowser's best showing as a villain.

Best final boss. The first phase shows how powerful and serious Bowser is facing Mario and the one time that Bowser was actually destroying Mario with his invincibility. Then Peach's wishes shows you still have a chance and hope is not over. Then the second phase is basically showing you bowser is deadly but you can do it and Mario beats him

This was one of the remakes I wanted for this year, everything I wanted this to be from the extension on Wish of the Princess to the rest staying more true to the originals than your 2011 version. The 2011 rocks and I've lost track of how many times I've listened to it, but this is yet another fantastic GaMetal remake that is superior to the old version. About the game, my only regret is not playing it when I was younger, I played it a few years ago, one of my favorites. I'm still hoping for a Sandopolis Zone remake, I don't wanna see it in no medley haha, original version was my favorite song for a long time..it wouldn't feel the same XD.

my sister and i used to play Paper Mario a lot. i'd mostly watch her play it though cause i'd never get too far into the game without restarting my entire save file from the beginning (i did that a lot with some of my other games. no idea why-) i also watched her play TTYD and Super Paper Mario, and it was just fun to watch unfortunately, our N64 stopped working and the TTYD disc we have stopped working too, so all we have for Paper Mario is Super Paper Mario. but even then, our Wii is also getting old, so idk how much longer that'll last

I'm really glad I got into listening to this at the start of the school year. (11 months ago at this point). All through these things put together is so damn epic. You have the first phase where of course things are going to be hard, but not impossible. You have the second phase which shines a lot of hope on this hopeless situation.
