Timing is difficult but i buy from Dave and Adams Cards, Blowout Cards, Steel City Collectibles and my local comic book shop when i can

Depends on who you ask. Made a video that someone addresses this question called “how to collect marvel cards” I like to compartmentalize subsets and such to set collect
