Good point raised around 4:40. I see the album as a sort of transition piece between TOYPAJ and the S/T album. It had elements of both. They could have released it as a Blink 182 album, and I feel like most people wouldn't have questioned it.

"There Is" is more like the self-titled album in my opinion, bcuz that album was very different, very serious, and very dark as far as lyrically and as far as how the band was like after box car racer. At this point we can put it this way: the band literally was in an Emo state while releasing the self-titled album in late 2003.

I have a feeling Mark moved to London after neighbourhoods (as they started releasing singles from neighbourhoods early 2011) He definitely moved over after though. My ex saw him walking his dog once haha

This is such a waste of time to even ponder. For one, it's not going to happen. I don't know why people think after 20 years, a side project is going to make a come back. Those guys just like running their mouths on social media. Especially Hollywood Travis Barker. For two, let's say it did happen. There is literally NO WAY you could not be disappointed. It's not going to top that album. If they were going to release more music, back then would have been the time to do it. It just just wouldn't even make sense now.. It was a moment in time that can not be duplicated. Expectations will 110% be let down. I'm tired of hearing about this. Just be happy we even have one amazing BCR album that can not be touched. If any band has a fan base that is still living in 2001, it's blink 182s fan base. Interesting analysis either way, my friend.

Yeah mark hoppus was butt hurt tom started a new band without him loll, at the time tom hurt his back an was heavy on pain killers and he was looking for new blink 182 ideas all systems to go was the first boxcar racer track then others, I remember flipping through much music channel and I feel so was playing I was like is that tom delonge playing with a new band whaat loll then much news came on after an said suprise record by tom delonge and his band boxcar racer drop there record few days ago has critics cranking it up loll, I played this cd every day that year it came out back to front if tom made boxcar racer follow up album would of been a epic thing@ p.s. ppl I still have the exact same cd today
